Board Portal - Terms of Service

    E Space Communications provides the CU BoardMembers system for our clients. It is used to support various internal operations including but not limited to, a secured system for standing committees to store documents, share a calendar, post announcements, participate in discussion forums, store policies and monitor basic compliance regulations. It also lets organization administrators send out related communications to those involved. These messages can be sent via both email and text message. The content of these messages is strictly limited to board and committee related events. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

    E Space Communications owns CU BoardMembers including all functions, designs, and infrastructure. Client is granted a non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license for authorized users to operate the system. The data provided by our clients is their exclusive property and E Space will take all reasonable and customary precautions to protect the integrity, content, and confidentiality of the data.

    E Space is a mere distributor and is relying on Client to prescreen or editorially control the content contributed by the Client. E Space reserves the right to remove information brought to its attention, which it deems detrimental to the Host System or any person. Client agrees not to include in the content any material which violates or infringes the rights of any person or which a reasonable person would consider abusive, profane or offensive, which is defamatory or harassing, or which violates or encourages others to violate any applicable law.

    Client may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service. Client must agree not to use the system:

    • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
    • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
    • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any junk mail, chain letter, spam, or other similar solicitation.
    • To impersonate another user or any other person or entity.

    You may stop using the service at any time. Simply deactivate your account from within the system or have an authorized person from your organization contact us in writing to request termination.

    If you wish to stop receiving text messages from, simply reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us. You may also logon to and change your SMS settings from your personal settings page

    The CU BoardMembers system is being provided to Client for a monthly flat fee of $200 or an annual flat fee of $2,160 if Client commits to an annual contract. All fees due E Space per invoice shall be paid promptly upon receipt of invoice, and in no event later than 30 days following the date of the invoice.

    By using the system you indicate that you understand the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described in the Privacy Policy.

    We may change these terms of service for various reasons including 1) changes in how we do business, 2) for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or 3) to prevent abuse or harm.
